Assistant Principal: Sarah McQuinn
Hello Pioneers! My name is Sarah McQuinn and I have the honor to serve as your Assistant Principal. This will be my third year at Prairie Point and I just love it! My job is to make sure every student feels safe and loved and to support each staff member. My favorite part of each day is greeting students every morning (GOOOOOD MORNING PIONEERS) and interacting with each individual, unique child. It is an honor to work here.
A little bit about me, this will be my twelfth year in education, all of which have taken place in Park Hill! I started as a special education teacher at the Russell Jones Education Center and then moved over to Southeast Elementary. I also served as the Professional Studies Lead Program Facilitator at District Office. I have a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Missouri, a master's degree in school administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and I am currently working on my doctoral degree.
When I am not at school I enjoy spending quality time with my son, Carson, daughter, Piper, and husband, Ryan. In my free time, I love to read, play sports, and travel.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have. I am excited to grow and learn with our students, staff, and community and look forward to a wonderful school year of building successful futures, each student, every day.
